I bought these as part of an E-bay auction a few years ago. The auction included a Moser 9 inch, the axleshafts, these control arms. I was told they were used on a 68 Chevelle, and just took the seller at their word. I posted the arms and some other stuff up for sale on the local Craigslist a few days ago, and had someone ask me to measure the upper control arms. I came up with Center to center is 12.75 but adjustable from 13 to 12.5 and 2 3/8 wide at the diff side The diff side has a funky eccentric bolt.

The guy responded back that he measured his arms from a 68 cutlass (I think) and his stock arms were 10 inches center to center....

Any Ideas what these are from?

They are stock upper and lower rear control arms for a 64 Chevelle. The uppers will only fit the 64 Chevelle rear housing, it was the only year for adjustable and had smaller upper bushings then the 65 - 67.

Were the Stock arms boxed like this? or is that something someone else added later?

The upper is only good for a 64 with a 64 rear end, What about the lowers? can these be used on anything else besides a 64?

I do not remember if the my 64 uppers were boxed. Here is a photo of a 65 -67 upper arm, notice the bulge that was necessary to clear the larger bushing used in the housing.

Not to start anything, but what I'm reading is, the 65 12 bolt I put in my 64 wagon, with the original, adjustable upper arms, doesn't fit, (bought the wagon off original owner, in 1970, bone stock 35K miles, 283 stick, posi )
