I`m wondering what cam I have in my engine. I`w tryed google, but whith no luck.

The engine is a 1986 sbc350 from a suburban.

This is what I found on the cam:
BR270-2H
0414
11 48-01
BB27C
0288

Can any one help id this cam?

From my expierence it is very difficult to ID it with the numbers on the cam. Those are probably grind numbers used in house by the maker. You need to find someone that has a cam doctor. Or, put it back in a use a degree wheel. Good luck.

I have no idea if this is what you're got...
But Crane has a 270-2H grind for SBC and it specifies "truck".

There is no info about what converter or gers to run whith it.

Any suggestions?

The engine is in a 1981 chevy Caprice wagon.
