i'd like to put a crossram on my BB, but they only came in square port. my heads are oval port.
can i make this work?

Yes,
use square port gaskets.

I've heard of plenty of folks doing the Square-intake-to-Oval-head deal. I'm not one of them.

If you want if for looks have at it but a BB is not a SB they make more power with a single 4bbl than a crossram. Be prepared to by some stock in an oil company.

yeah, i'm going for looks, not max power(.030 402). i figure i can use a pair of 500 Carters i have here. or maybe i can scrounge up a pair of real small Holleys.
then i gotta find a body for it.
