My header panel was never drilled for the "By Chevrolet" emblem. Was this part of a trim option, or was my header replaced at some point?

You sure it wasn't just bondoed over and painted.

Certain, Its stripped down to bare metal. I found an old post, possibly an El Camino header panel?
