bulkhead connector goop for 70?

Anybody got a replacement for the potting compound used on the bulkhead connector? I just have to move some wires around and want to reseal it and make it look new.

I would use some black silicone, or you could use windshield butyl. The stuff I have pulled off was kind of a combination of both, but I dont know if the stuff is available.
