He every one.....I have been lurking in the back ground for a while posting a few pics here and there but figured hey why not do a build thread.

My name is John and my wife and I both grew up in "CAR" families.

We meet I a local cruise in and it was love ever since. I have always been a fan of the 64-65s and my wife grew up with a 64 in the family. I heard rumors of a guy with with a 64 somewhere hiding in my hometown. Every one knew a guy who friend had it. I spent 3 weeks following blind Leeds and gave up. Finally I mentioned it my father about it and he knew the guy and took me right him. :hurray:. We worked out a deal and I brought the new baby home.

My father supported her so she woudnt flex when we took her off the frame.

The frame was pretty rusty which I found odd becuase the body was so nice.

But a little sand blasting took care of it:yes:. She looked pretty good in bare metal.

no question is a dumb questions brother. I am in the USAF. I brought it and the wife's '71 bronco here with us. I can tell you that you would want to shoot me if i told ya what i paid for the work done here. normally i would do it myself, but i was going to be out of the country for the majority of the time it took and the price was well below what it should have been, so i figured why not.

thanks for the compliments. yours looks good too. keep the pics coming on yours as well. it is funny to see that pretty much the same areas were fixed on both our cars.
nice thread, youll love her. I know I love my 64
Yea.....I cant wait to drive her around at night like John Trevolta in PULP FICTION.........minus the heroin of course:D
