ok
i know this isnt for a chevelle but im having some problems with my lemans.
when i press on the brake only the right brake light comes on. Then i turn on my right blinker and the left one turns on. doesnt make sense. bulb isnt burned out and i just changed teh brake switch. the left blinker works to. whats wrong with my car. any help is apreciated.

Well, let's take a couple of measurement of the rear left lught bulb and see if it starts making sense,
1, Remove the bulb.
2, Have someone step on the brake.
3, Measure with a meter or test light each of the 2 center round contacts inside the socket. Use a good clean spot on the frame for ground. You should have power on one of them.
4, Release the brake and pull the headlights on. Measure the other center contact. You should have power on that one to ground.
Post back on what you found and maybe it will be a little clearer.

I'm assuming you guys are friends working on the same problem. It may be an open ground but first check that you have power back there. Remember over the net it's a little harder than in person. Just need a little more information to see what's going on.

A bad turn signal switch can cause wierd things like that to happen.
