Dear Guys, this is more of a hope than a question, but here goes anyway: Is there any chance of using my disk brake set up, spindles etc. to convert my 1969 convertible to disk brakes....I know about most of the guys that supply good aftermarket brakes, but the spindles seem to be the sticking point. If not, can anyone recommend aftermarket spindles rather than ploughing through the bone yards for Cutlass and Skylark brakes? Thanks

Oops, I forgot the most important part,...I have an old '78 Malibu that is going to go to the wreckers after I get all the good stuff off of it....that is why I was wondering if I had compatible spindles...probably a shot in the dark...I did try to check some archives, but I musta got into the wrong stuff...anyway, if anyone knows, I'd be glad to find out. Thanks again. R. B.
