I am doing an engine swap from a 350 to 454. 350 was not original in the car due to the previous owner put a rod through the side of the block. I know since i am doing tall valve covers i need to change out my booster to a smaller one to make room. Currently it has the 11inch booster on it and so going to an 8 inch booster be enough or do i need to go to a 7inch booster.

Use a dual 9" and it will fit easily.

I have tall VC's and an 11" booster W/O any problems, have you already checked fitment?

There's a pic in my media I think but I'll post a pic from my phone, I have a 489/454 with Brodix Race Rite heads, .600 lift hyd roller cam with normal poly locks but couldn't use my old M/T finned covers, Edit my dog typed lol

I used a Tuff Stuff 2224NC on my ‘72.

I was at my car last night so took a closer pic Im also using Energy Suspension motor mounts so may sit a little higher?
