I've found that a ratcheting box wrench helps remove the hard to get at booster/firewall nuts.
And unhook the brake pedal clevis and disconnect the battery first.
If you're just replacing the booster and not the master cylinder, you should be able to remove the two M/C to booster nuts and move the M/C forward out of the way without disturbing (opening) the brake lines.
