Cant get fluid back to rear brakes. replaced porportion valve assy.

Was this for a master cylinder change? Was it bench bled? Check to see if you have fluid at the connection of the rubber hose to the steel line that drops down from the body to the rear diff.

bleed master cyl either on bench in bench vice or installed
Bleed pipe work on the "IN " side then on the "OUT" side of the prop valve
Bleed the closest wheel to then working towards the furthest away

Check for leaks. If all the connections are dry, you can use a vacuum pump to pull the fluid back to the rear wheels. Then bleed normally.

I was always taught to bleed the most distant wheel first - passenger rear side. Then drivers rear, passenger front and finally driver front.

Thanks for the help. found it..rubber hose was original and collapsed and plugged..replaced..bled all is good!! thanks again!

Yup
rubber hoses don`t last much longer than 20-25 yrs either external cracking or internal collapsing .Blow thru with mouth is a dead giveaway.
