Brain dead on electrical

I've installed a LT-1 into my `65 chevelle. I have added the engine harness, which was real easy, it was a kit from Howell. Anyhow, now I need help with changing the original chevelle harness from a outside regulator to a CS type alternator. And then some help on the wiring for the starter.
Has onyone been there before?
