Brackets and Pulley suggestions

I am looking for AFTERMARKET bracket and pulley suggestions. Thinking of maybe running Vintage Air, but their FrontRunner is a little too much money for me (I already have a new alt and standard rotation waterpump anyway).

their regular kit brackets don't look very appealing to me. Either too wide, or too tall, etc.

I was looking at the March Ultra setup, uses the "serpentine" belt, but not in a true serpentine route (fine with me)...

$700 polished or $830 Black (Summit)... But it uses a different model of Sanden compressor... The same compressor is used for VA's front Runner, so I know its compatible with the V/A...

Anyway, looking for other pulley options.

Small Block, Long water pump, NOT worried about rewiring to move the alternator (I'd like to place the compressor on the passenger side anyway)...

Doesn't need to be "billet", but I'd like the comp/alt to be low, and in front of the block, IF possible...

Thanks

I have the March Ultra Mid Mount on my 66 454. Very clean and you can use your accessories and the Sanden A/C compressor that works with the VA kit. When I bought my VA kit they deleted the A/C brackets and added the correct compressor for the March Pulley's. They have a small block/long water pump kit.Ck my sig for photos. You don't say what year you are working on but I know that on the early Chevelles (64-67)you have to use the mid mount kit to raise the P/S pump up to clear the steering gear.
This is for my '70, Long water pump (my other is a BB, and will get stock brackets, except A/C.

I really wanted to move the A/C and alt down lower, to be less visually obtrusive. I didn't really like the "bling" of some of the other march and V/A (front runner, etc)... Not really my style...

I checked Alan grove, but most stuff I saw was really wide (well outside the valve covers) or tall (above the intake)...

As of now, I think I am going to just run the Ultra Mid-Mount alternator set up, and remove the entire A/C setup... Its not running really cold, and the compressor is slinging oil when I turn it on...

I really don't want to spend the money of fixing the R12 stuff, or converting to R134A, and then still have the ugly firewall box...

But the V/A is $1350, and another $830 forthe March stuff, plus labor for hose swedging and evac/chargingt he system... Ouch... I can think of better places to put the $2200+ (I have been without A/C now, for 4 years in this car, so I guess I can do without...

Thanks
