Such an easy question so let's just skip the 'go search'...

The big thick/fat part with the sleeve goes between the frame and the body. The thin part with the washer goes underneath the frame on the head of the bolt.

I am also getting ready to put my body back on (69) and according to my PST instuctions, the first two locations (Core suppoort and one after) they show the metal sleeve going through the smaller bushing between the frame and body and the fat bushing coming up from the bottom, while all the other bushings are installed as you describe.

Does that sound right?

No.

So the sleeves are somewhat of a T and you definitely do not want the small part against the body. You have a washer on the bold head. So the wide part of the sleeve goes up, narrow part down.

Further you want the large part of the rubber to support the weight of the body. The thin side is just to keep it from bouncing up and off. Or put another way, a gasket to keep the bolt washer from rubbing on the frame. Sounds awful when that happens.

I JUST FINISHED INSTALLED NEW BISCUITS ON MY 69 TODAY. The big part goes between the frame and body for every location. The ones by the crossmember are the odd ball ones. They don't get bolts unless its a convertiable..
