heres a couple #s i got off of my block by distributor 3902406 theres a sideways P and a C1 or 01 just to the right of the cast # also front of block drivers side just above my power steering pump is a stamped number of 18137 it is stamped could use some help figureing this out dale if ya see this help please and thanks to anyone else thanks Matt

3902406 is a 1967 396 2 or 4 bolt block.
On the front of the passenger side of the block is the engine id code -get that and post it.

well i have no numbers there on the top of that pad offront pass head i read somewhere that may mean the block has been decked?

unless its under some layers of paint
