What would cause the right blinker indicator on dash to stay on (not blink)or just come on when driving. Seems to go out when brake applied or just eventually goes away. Is this indication of bleed thru in socket of tail light?

What year? This occuring only with the headlights on? If so, guess would be the front right turn signal socket is bad.

Sorry, It's a 1969 chevelle and was with headlights on when this happened.
