Ken ..Not to start a whole new agument on what brand is best etcetc but from my experience on my 66 I found that for full quarter panels Dynacorn had the best fit , since I replaced both sides and the supplier here carries both brands ... we ordered one of each brand and told supplier we would chose the best ( Goodmark did not fit in the door jamb area as I recall).. the shop that did my car does alot of resto's and depending on year of car and part he switches back and forth on brand .so don't rule out Dynacorn ..... hopefully your guy can return panels if they don't fit.
Also check wheel well trim for fit on repo panels before you install .I have NOS wheel trim I know some have had a real problem with fitting NOS trim after quarter installed .check it first.
I am of the opinion that it makes sense that quality of fit depends on the tooling they have for each part so no one brand is the best for every part ......... if the rust in your trunk is at the body mount and the rest is good we found trunk body mount repair pieces that matched up to the original floor perfectly these were only about 12 x 18
I did not have to do doors so can can't offer opinion there. Like your car I realy did not need full quarters on both sides but my body guy said same thing .better finished product and pbly less labor to install than repair...he did not install full quarter at the factory leaded seam on rear pillar cut it in a few inches below that to maintain the fatory seam .........also worked around vin in trunk lip.......... FWIW
