Well I did it. I bought a 65 Malibu SS. :hurray: Runs Great!! but needs Some work, (of course). Soooo, Where is the Best Place to Spend My Cash on Restoration parts? I have been Looking and there is a few out there. Who likes which place best, with quality and price both in mind?

This is a no win question that won't garner any consensus here. There are quite a few good companies that stay in business by appealing to a variety of folks. Some tips:
Price is important but not everything;
Shipping and handling fees can offset attractive prices;
If you need an item, it's important that it's in stock;
Some companies have a wider selection of parts;
Don't forget the importance of customer service to you.

The biggest complaints i note here about suppliers are the quality of reproduction parts and how you are treated when you do have a problem.

Congratulations on your new car. I like dealing with Hinshaw's Chevelle parts. James Hinshaw knows these cars and parts like the back of his hand, and you can speak to him directly most of the time. He'll tell you what he thinks about fit and finish.

Generally it's all the same stuff being sold by multiple American vendors... Taiwanese Golden Legion Bumpers & Corvan makes most of the the other stuff in Taiwan as well...

Buy from who you like and seems knowledgeable & helpful when you ask questions...
