Bench Seat

Ok all pans and braces were replaced,
Got under the car and looked for the mounting nuts for the bench seat.
I have looked and looked and the are not there. What can I do to mount this seat now?

Thanks for any help!!

Not sure how the 70's are made but mine has the nut anchors built into the floor.
