For all practical purposes, the 444 and 621 (the more common housing) housings are virtually identical. BUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUT, the 444 was only used about 2yrs------------------and it is a BIG DEAL with the 66-67 Vette folks. Thus, the 444 brings big dollars! And the ONLY thing that allows it to bring the big dollars is that 3872444 casting number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If i did slick i'd go beat the junk yard apart and sell them one myself, those vette guys will pay absurd amounts for the "proper" part, thats why i'm po'd i let mine go for cheap. Oh well live and learn eh. Ralph
