I posted a question about my starter not fitting after I installed a 621 bell housing on my '70 wagon with a 250 inline engine, I am still working on that. While doing research in the archives I came across someone saying the #3858403 Bell housing was "correct" for the smaller clutches, my clutch disc is a 10".
My thoughts are maybe I got the wrong bell housing and now I need to get the correct one instead of messing with the starter. Anyone know what BH is correct for the 250 CID with a standard transmission?
