And check today's, (3/30/07), EPA's Federal Register Notice that state's that you just might lose your hobby exemption if you have an, I think, CO NAAQS exceedance.....................

It looks to me like the exemption takes effect April 30 of this year. Up until now it was an annual ritual getting the car through emmissions, so this is good news. I'm not surprised that they reserved the right to yank the exemption, so I'll just enjoy it while I can!
