I ordered something from Moser a long time ago..
It arrived damaged, and for the past 4 months i have having a worthless dialog with them..

Don't want to bash anyone.. yet.. ;)
But i was wondering if there is someone here that could help me solve this faster...

I also had a similar experience dealing with Moser. I spoke with the VP at Moser regarding the wrong part being sent. He told me that he would look into it and call me back. I am still waiting. The last conversation we had was 2 months ago. If that is the best they can do, I am less than impressed.
From now on, I will be purchasing from Strange Engineering. Their Customer Service is second to none and their Sales Staff is very knowledgeable.

I'll share with you the story.. briefly..
I bought an alumium driveshaft from them.. It arrived to me damaged.. it was packaged poorly and it got dented really bad in the middle of it. So it's unusable.
I sent them pictures to prove it was indeed damaged.. I told them i don't mind sending it back in order to replace it with another one.. but all i got was excuses..
They are waiting for the claim from UPS to go through and only after they get the money back from them, if at all, i'll get a replacment driveshaft sent to me..

For me.. that does not make sence.. I paid over $800 for it (shipped) and got nothing except for bent aluminum that i can't use.
Not my money back.. not a replacment.. nothing..

I don't know.. Am i the one to blame here??
