am having a difficult time getting the bags in the coil,bags seem heavy duty or something.
have done many times before with no problem but this time not sucessfull yet.
any tricks appreciated

Mine were pretty tight - I flattened them out (use a mityvac to suck all the air out if you need to), then put the cap on to keep them that way. Still a tough squeeze into the coils, but it worked for me.

The bags are pretty tough, just jam 'em in there.
I assume you have the suspension hanging loose
(on jack stands) been awhile since I did mine but don't recall it being too tough to do. hang in there and git-er-done.

I took the spring out, much easier that way.

Take the spring out, compress the air out (took stem out of valve), and used windex while twisting it. Then slowly filled with air to make sure it wasn't pinched. Re-install and go.
