Never got the so called free wash mits when I first joined for one year. Later, I got a calendar that I thought was a gift. Soon after got the very expensive invoice. This was a hasstle and I felt betrayed and used.
My advice if he reads this post / topic:
Stop sending crap and billing your "customers". If we want to order from you we will. This approach you use upsets us. You do this because you believe a good percentage will not go through the trouble of returning the item(s) and in return you make some bucks. Come on you know I am right, admit it. Bad business my freind.
I will not continue my subscription. And by the way thanks for the free wash mitts you promised but you NEVER sent after subscribing.

Keep this up and you will have little support.
