If you mean the 60212, I ran it in my 454 with 60459 heads. It likes as much initial as your starter could stand. It liked it so much I locked it out at 36* and she purred.

Vince the 213 is the GenIV/V version of the 623....

like Vince said give it what it likes. For mulipurpose duty I'd keep it around 36 total and do be careful of kickback. I got away with about 18 initial and all in by 2800 on the street...;)

I run a 60213 locked at 35. Have a toggle on the ign to avoid the kickback.

I run the 60213, as well. 22º initial, 32º total all in by 2800rpm. I had to make a custom MSD bushing to only allow 10º mechanical advance. Kickback has not been an issue so far.

I run a version of the 60212 that UDHarold had ground on 112 LSA in my 408 BBC. It has 049 heads with 2.19/1.88 valves and 10.25 CR. It has headers/Edlbrock AirGap with a ProSystems 950hp on top. Running 19 initial and 37 all in at 2200. It is a 4sp with 3.73 gears. It is very streetable and runs real good for a baby rat.
