Quoting from CenterForces website about the Dual-Friction clutch "While the Dual Friction has been engineered primarily as a street clutch it can be used in mild competition applications." After having problems with my dual friction CF clutch,I see they have a DFX clutch.Does anyone have any experiences with one of these?

what problems have you had with your df-set-up?
i've been using mine for years, not mildly as i like to side-step for x-tra fun.
may have upgrade at some point, dfx-has ball bearings for a smoother release?

doug i did have a problem with the 3-straps that hold the pressure plate to the cover hat elongating/cracking. i contacted centerforce and sent it in for repairs. they warranteed it even though it was several years out of warranty period. they rebuilt the disc and repaired and resurfaced the PPlate and it worked great till the next over abuse. call them and see what they can do for you......... :)
