Actually that block would be better suited as a replacement for a 1969 L-72 427. The 1970 LS-6 wasn't released until Dec of 69. The Oct 69 date would be too early for a CE replacement 454. In the condition that it is in it's probably worth around $500 or less, probably less. The only good thing about that block in it is a real 4 bolt block. I'm not sure what it would cost to have all cylinders sleeved.
