No but I check a couple of times with a voltmeter so I dont have elecrolysis going on in the cooling system.

Have mine grounded to the core support, seems to only be a problem when they are isolated by the rubber mounts.

After loosing an Alumitech radiator after only 2 years, with an anode in it, I added a ground to the radiator and always run coolant. I had run distilled water and water wetter.

No more, exept while at the track, anti-freeze is going in.

My understanding is that most often, trouble systems are those with aluminum heads on an iron block, without anti-freeze, and that sit for long periods without being driven.

If you run a good coolant, you should be fine. It still never hurts to have your system checked with a meter.

Should be if there is some bare metal between the radiator mount and the core support and the core support has a good ground to the battery.
