All righty. Sorry Bill it's nothing extravagant but I wanted to make sure I played by the rules.

I live in West Phoenix, I have a OEM gas tank off of a 71' with the straps and power brake booster w/ master cylider I want to get rid of.

The gas tank was sealed and came separate when I bought the car. It had a fuel cell in it and I wanted to convert back to the gas tank so I could carry a spare tire. I had a elec fuel pump and accidentally took it to a ding dong shop (unbeknownst to be at the time) and had them put it on. They had to move the fuel pump off the frame because it conflicted with the gas tank. Only place to put it was in front of the tank which was higher than the tank. That latest for about 100 mi before I was stranded in a left turn lane in an intersection. Thats was my 2nd or 3rd chevelle life lesson when I learned elec pumps are pushers not suckers.

By then it was to late to sump the tank cause no one wants to take a torch to a tank thats recently had gas in it. So I went with a custom built SS tank with a built in elec pump. Hey, i was working then and thought I was rich. I drained the tank, let it air dry for about a week then sealed it up.

As far as the PB booster MC, there were no issues with it. I have rowdy cam and sometimes I had power brakes and other times I was Fred Flintstone. So I put in a hydroboost. It's been sitting in a box since I yanked it.

Also, might as well give away the fuel cell as well. It's nothing special just a black plastic @ 12 gallons, no sending unit on it. It was OK when I had the 350 in the car. But once I put in the 496 I figured it would last 3 red lights before I needed to worry about filling it again. NE1 wants thay they can have it too.

PM me if any takers. I really prefer someone who can stop by and pick them up. I've got a lot of family issue crap going down right now and really don't have the time to do the proper packaging and shipping thing.

Boy I need an MC & PB too but I'm thinking driving to Phoenix would be more expensive than just buying one. If you decide to ship I'll not only pay the shipping but give you a little something for your trouble. Just a thought.

You know I can do that now I think about it. I'm shipping a rear gear out to someone from this site this week too. Plus it's already in a box practically ready to go. I was thinking about it being a pita to find a box for the gas tank. Then I remember that PB MC was sitting around and decided might as well give that a way to.

Go ahead and PM me with your address. I'm getting ready to head across town for the night and hang out with a buddy for the day so I might not get back to you till later Monday or Tues.

Davo, I'm interested in the fuel tank. I can come get it. Same for the booster and MC if you decide you don't want to get into shipping.
