I need a recommendation on an alternator upgrade. I will have winstar fans, electric fuel pump, stereo, fuel injection, and a few other accesories. what alternator would you recommend?

You didn't mention how you intended to do the wiring, but do yourself a favor and check out the info at :http://www.madelectrical.com/
I am going with a 3 wire hookup and use an off the shelf 12 si (94 amp).
