Out under the hood, over on the pass side, where the evaporator box is located, there are some connectors going to that box. One of these is a board with a bank of resistors inside the box. Unplug the wire harness, remove the part and check to see if one of the resistors is burned apart. This is where I would start looking. Power from your switch goes to these resistors, and then just one large orange wire goes to the blower motor itself.
