I an fixing up a 67 Chevelle for my son. It was a car with air that is no longer there. After taking the dash out for some wiring work and other stuff, I can see clear in to the heater fan. A hole about 2 inches high and about 6 inches long. Any suggestions on what to do? Iam not going to put air in it and it is not going to be a show car but rather an every day driver. Although I am trying to make it safe and nice, but not perfect. Am loking forward to any help I can get.

Several of the Chevelle suppliers sell a kit to delete the AC. My 67 has the AC in place, and from the look of it there are lots of places that need blocking.

Are all of you AC parts gone?
