I just came across an older Craftsman Compressor. It's 220v, I think. There's a plate on the motor that says lv 110 hv230 then there's a box that has the plug in it, that says 240v.
I assume it's a 220v. If it is and can not be converted to 110, how hard is it to drop a 220 outlet in my garage???

If you have to ask, then don't do it alone. Its not hard, but seek the help of someone who knows how to do it to code.
