My 67 Malibu has an aftermarket pump and it leaks where the metal housing meets the plastic.
I have had only temporary success sealing the leak with Luxel.
Does anyone know where I can find a replacement?

Just find one that fits your application, amazon lists plenty of universal pumps to choose from.
For example, this one:

They sell repops now to fit up on the wiper motor. The cover is not as original but similar.

I cannot answer that, I’m on an original piece but the mechanics are the same, doubt it squirts like the electric pump you have.

It does not matter, it just has to fit in the hole on the tank. Then wire it up.
