355 sbc sat most of the winter. Wouldn't start, both pumps stuck, would not move at all on the Holley 750dp. Pulled carb, cleaned check balls, both worked fine on the bench. Put it back on, stuck again. Too much fuel pressure? I have a Holley electric fuel pump. Not sure which one, it has been quite a while since I put it on. I do know it is the one with the internal fuel press. regulator. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ,Joe.

I suspect that you have crystalized gasoline/water in the accelerator pump passages. You'll probably have to remove the carb and soak it in carb cleaner. After time a "munge" forms in those tiny passages that will thoroughly block them. You might also acquire a torch tip cleaner ( Has 20 or so different sized tiny round files for cleaning torch tip holes) and use it to probe the squirter nozzles.
