Hi guys:

It appears that I have a little leak at the accelerator body. Bummer as it messed up my brand new aluminum intake, but some brake cleaner, a brush, and some elbow grease should fix that. It looks pretty straight forward to change the gasket but am just asking if there are any pit falls I should watch out for? The carb is an AED 850.

I am a little unsure what you are working on. Could you provide more detail ,like what brand of carb ( I assume it is a carb) you have in mind?

The carb is an AED 850 http://www.aedperformance.com/index.htm They start with a Holley core.
