a/c high speed blower
two years ago I completely rebuilt my 70 SS air conditioning system converting it over to 134A. I changed EVERYTHING. It blew hard until recently. The blower doesn't seem to put out. I checked the volts going to it today and I have 13.2 volts when the switch is on high speed. The air is cold. The 30amp fuse located on the fire wall is good. The compressor doesn't appear to be clicking on and off as though it was low on freon. What could it be?
