It behooves you to buy the best example you can find due to the spotty restoration parts available. Those G3 cars never command big money.

Swivel buckets are a plus. You can repro seat upholstery for them.

The paint color is called Cream Gold, and is lighter than the earlier Butternut Yellow.

A friend who is a body-man and painter picked up a 76 Malibu for his son really cheap. A low mile rust free example about the same color as that one.
He changed the color to a really nice coppery orange, and added some aftermarket wheels that looked really nice on the car. They decided to get the son a Honda instead of the Malibu, something easier on gas and could be driven in the winter. Their Malibu was one of the nicest examples you would ever see and it was really hard to find a buyer even at a fair price when the car was put up for sale.

A/C is "out" alright. Out of the car totally. Looks like there is a huge hole where the airbox is supposed to be.

That certainly is unmolested. The seats show no sagging or wear, the vinyl roof cover looks mint, and even the Rally Wheels look like the stock sized 15x7.
