If all the sheet metal is good to where it needs nothing but paint (granted, that's a HUGE 'if'), and the rest of it is mostly there / in good shape, then it could almost be worth that in today's market.

Of course, seller is not showing any evidence of that, which means they're either clueless, or they're hoping the buyer is 😮

It wouldn't be the weirdest price I've seen a Chevelle sell for these days..

San Diego is one of the most expensive metro areas in the country. Has to be in top ten.
So that partially explains the price. Guess he can go down but normally not up.
Beach cars can rust in strange places, it would need to be thoroughly checked.

If that car is worth 20K, I want 80K for mine….. Even IF the sheet metal was in good shape it looks like a LOT of stuff is missing, and at the end of the day, it STILL a 72’ small block hardtop, sadly pretty far down the food chain as far as values go.
