I would talk to Ramey at UMI Perf for any suspension needs .
I did and have bought all my suspension parts from UMI Perf.
I would have purchased the UMI Perf 64-67 GM A Body Handling Package- Stage 2 # ABF403-64
except that the kit came with 1" lowering springs
which I did not want or need as I run OEM stock springs for the stock riding height.
I purchased the following from UMI Perf (made in the USA) and found them to be
of the best looking & quality that I have ever seen/used;
1. UMI Perf 64-67 GM A Body Rear Lower Boxed / Adj Upper Control Arms # 402126
2. UMI Perf 64-72 GM A Body Solid Front and Rear Sway Bar Kit # 403534
3. UMI Perf 64-72 GM A-Body Tubular Upper & Lower Front A-Arm Kit # 403133
4. UMI Perf 64-72 GM A-Body Viking Front Coil Over, Dbl Adj Shocks # A205-550T
5. UMI Perf 64-72 GM A-Body Viking Rear Dbl Adj Shocks # B220
6. UMI Perf 64-72 GM A-Body Tie Rod Adjusters # 2103

Moog steering parts are of very good quality and can be bought at most local parts stores for reasonable costs .

Good luck with your car and the changes you have planned .

FYI in case they don't tell you... those are Chinese a-arms. Sometimes they hide that. This is why the price is quite a bit cheaper than the other companies.

If you have any questions we can help with please ask. Thanks!

I am in the process of putting in an entire suspension package from SC&C right now for my 72. If I was going to buy another package and wasn't on a tight budget I would go back to SC&C. I don't think you can go wrong with UMI either. But since it sound like you are on a budget I would look at replacing only what you either need to (worn out parts) or what is going to improve your handling. Unless your lower arms have some kind of issue you can keep your originals, because I don't think you are going to get a lot of enhanced performance from new lowers. That should leave you with some more cash to find some good quality upper arms/ ball joints that will actually effect how the car rides. As I said I would give Mark @ SC&C a call or the guys at UMI. I am sure they can both get your car more bang for the buck.

Here is a recent install on a customer's GM A-Body:

I think many guys spend more than they need or will use. I pride myself in asking as many questions as possible before making a decision on what is best for the customer’s hard earned money.

First question is what do you have for goals for the car once it is done? Is it going to be a factory restoration, daily driver/weekend cruiser, weekend warrior/drag car, Pro-Touring/handling machine, etc.

Second question is do you need and/or plan to improve the braking & steering systems to compliment any suspension upgrades?

Third question is do you have a specific budget in mind?

Lastly, do you plan to do the work yourself?
