In the El camino section of team Chevelle, it states that the front bumper from a 71-72 Chevelle is different than a 71-72 El Camino. In an old Year One catalog I have it lists the same bumper for both. My front bumper on my El Camino has seen its better days so I just want to know what I should be looking for.

Thanks

Don't know of any differences.

I checked this in a 1972 assembly manual and it shows only one front bumper installation for all models(without bumper guards). The bumper bar part number shown is 3982398. The 1971 model should be similar.
