ok, how can I tell an NOS fender from a repop? no sticker but he said it is NOS and hes had it for a long time. Any help would be great

weight for one, thickness, and should find a serial number stamped on it some where.

I just bought an NOS left front fender for my '71 and besides having the original GM sticker, I do not recall seeing any stamped number on it (..but I might have missed it. I'll go and give a closer look ).

The square nuts on the inside of the fender are tack welded on a repro fender. That is a dead giveaway.

Kevin, which side?

Washer bottle mounting area is one indicator for the left side and the right side will have a tab with hole perpindicular to the fender for the alternator wiring clip on an OEM

nuts look pressed in but I dont see this tab with a hole. I see 3 holes in the inner part closer to the front. This is a right side passanger fender
