That same ad has been around for quite a while.Paint change,interior change,and kind of funny looking broach marks?

So the door has a little rust on the bottom of it. At least the weatherstrip looks new. :D

Lots of measurements that I would guess anyone that would be interested in the car would already know, trying to make more of it than what it is?, I didn't see a tach was that an option on an LS-6? I also would think who would order an LS-6 without a tach, but who knows

It wasn't uncommon for LS6's to come without gauges. Up to that point in time many factory tachs were hard to read. Just look at the 66, 68 and 69 Chevelle tachs.

That's a good point on the tach, when I was a new driver in the early 70's the bigger aftermarket tachs were always the thing to have
