I'd say yes IF they are truly original rust free 70 fenders.
Maybe not IF they are station wagon/El Camino fenders but I don't really know about those.
The weld/cage nuts and the gauge of the metal. Also the body lines are more crisp on GM fenders. There should be some wear on them if they have original paint. It can be hard but I would compare it to a original one if in doubt (if you have one)
The guy sent pics. I don't think they're repos. The left looks like it might have a bit of rust directly behind the wheelwell. The rear braces look good. The braces on my original fenders are shot.
