I am trying to locate an original remote mirror for my 70 ElCamino. My car was originally equipped with it and I want to keep it. All of te repop people tell me it is the same for a Chevelle. WRONG. The Chevelle mirror mounts to the top flat edge of the door. The ElCamino mounts on the side similar to a 69 Chevelle. Some had told me it's a full size or a wagon mirror. That one does'nt match the original bolt configuration. I would appreciate input from anyone the can help me find a correct mirror. Thank You, Don

Chevelle wagons 70-72 should be the same as El Camino. Greenbrier or Concours models.

All American Classics in Vancouver, Wa has a Chevelle wagon with the remote mirror still on it. Area code 360-???-????. You will have to get the # from information or try looking up their website.

go to the restoration forum, guy named hoppy posted a question about el co sport mirrors on a chevelle, says he may be able to pick em up cheap. Jim
