I need to replace drivers door glass on my LS6 . I located a supplier and he asked me the date code on my glass, the only thing that made sense to me was the LOF and Softray. What other numbers and letters are the date code and how do I convert them to month and year.

You're in the right area...somewhere around the LOF insignia there will be two small letters side-by-side...the last one most likely will be either V ot T. These two letters comprise the date code. There will be, on the opposite side of the LOF insignia, a code like AS-1 This is on all the glass, and this is not the date code. The date code will be just two letters, like VV, NT, XT or similar, but they will end with either V or T.

Rick, He probably wants the codes so he can code the glass for you. There some numbers on the glass near the LOF label and that is what he wants.
