On either end of my dash there is a seam filled with seam sealer, or at least it was. I was wondering if that seam should be filled flush with the top of the panel or left recessed a little, as the corner post and lower windshield molding cover most of it? Does anyone have a picture of this area that is either from an unrestored car or a restored one? Thank, Mike

Mike, I took a look at my car last night to see what it looks like in that area. My dash is original and never restored and the seam sealer is put in very light. It is sub-flush, just enough filler to fill the gap between the two panels.
