69 SS396- restored?

I hope this is not anyone's car on here but I don't think you can consider the paint job fresh as something has obviously gone on as you have the fender, door and quarter all three different colors it looks like and for 31k the paint better match lol

It might be the lighting.

He says he has the side stripes but they aren't installed. I personally think 69's look better without stripes....but can not having the stripes hurt the value???? My '69 is stripeless and I've been teetering on selling it to free up some space..
