Hi,
I had the clock in my 69 convertible converted to a quartz movement back about 7 years ago and it has stopped working. I can't remember where I had it done, except that the place was in South Carolina. Does anyone out there know of a good place to have a new quartz movement installed in my clock? I've tried a couple places, but I've been told no one makes a quartz conversion for a 69 Chevelle clock. Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks,
Dave

I was talking to an older friend of mine. He had the clock in his old Monarch switched to quartz and it didn't last a year. Makes you wonder if there are any quality parts out there. He had his stock radio converted to AM/FM. It keeps drifting off the stations. He wasn't a happy camper.

He's mostly into corvettes, but don't let the name fool you, he converted my clock for me in my 69 chevelle
